2013 Customer Conference Announced
We are pleased to announce that a second session of
the 2013 MapShots Customer Conference has been scheduled
for February 25-27, 2013, in Atlanta, GA at the Atlanta
Airport Hilton. We will start at 1:00 PM on Monday,
February 25 and conclude at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, February
27. This should allow for travel on the morning of February
25, and leave the afternoon of February 27 without missing
any of the sessions. To better serve our customers,
we are limiting the session to 70 guests. Please be
sure to sign up early as seats will be filled on a first
come first serve basis.
New MapShots Support 800#
To better serve the needs of our customers, MapShots is implementing some changes with our customer support.
As of September 1, 2012, the Technical Support phone number will change to a toll free number. Please begin using 866-886-7616 for all technical support questions. Anything related to billing or non-technical support can still be handled using 678-513-6093. With this change, all support will now be handled by MapShots staff internally.
Please keep in mind that phone support is reserved for customers current with support and maintenance. If you are not current, you will be asked to provide payment before being transferred to a technical support representative.
As always, we will continue to provide email support for all customers.
