their Perception Accounting software and MapShots' EASi Suite
crop management software. The integration will be available
with the release of EASi Suite 2005 in mid-February.
The enhanced integration makes recordkeeping and decision
making easier for farmers. The two programs work together
to eliminate duplication of entries and streamlines inventory
and field operation management.
A user who purchases crop inputs and makes related entries
in Perception Accounting can now have that information available
in the EASi Suite program for tracking application to fields
and for cost of production reports.
When detailed field operations are tracked in EASi Suite,
financial information about that production is automatically
allocated to crops, farms, and fields in Perception.
