Important notes:

1. These training sessions require your web browser to use Macromedia Flash, version 7.0.14.0 or later.
2. To check the version of Flash that is installed on your computer, click here.
3. If it is necessary for you to install a newer version of Flash, click here.
4. You will need to allow your web browser to display pop-up windows from www.convoq.com.
• If you are using Internet Explorer with Windows XP SP2, open Internet Explorer and select Tools > Pop-up Blocker > Pop-up Blocker Settings from the top line menu. Enter 'www.convoq.com' as an address to allow. Click 'Add' and then close the window.
• If you are using the Mozilla Firefox browser, use Tools > Options > Web Features from the top line menu to allow pop-ups from 'www.convoq.com'.
• If you use a third-party pop-up blocker, follow the software provider's instructions for allowing the display of pop-up windows from known sites.
  
5. There are two options you can use for the audio portion of the presentation:
   • Use the provided telephone conference call information. Note, this is a toll call.
   • If you have a broadband Internet connection (anything other than a dial-up), you can listen to the audio portion of the presentation via your computer's speakers. You can ask questions using the chat feature of the presentation software. This will save you the expense of the toll call. NOTE: This option is not recommended for those with satellite-based internet service.
6. While participating in the training session conference call, please mute your telephone, if you have that option. This will eliminate the transmission of background noise to the other participants on the call. Don't forget to unmute your telephone when you want to ask a question.
7. The meetings will be available for you to log in approximately 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start. We will always attempt to start the meetings promptly.
