Receiving Remote Support

NOTE: Please contact MapShots support before executing these steps. Remote connections are only accepted if they are expected by one of us.

Brief instructions:

1. Click the appropriate link below for connecting to MapShots support.
2. Click 'Run' on the first dialog that appears.
3. If a second dialog appears, you will need to click 'Run' again.
4. If prompted, allow your firewall application to connect the VNC server to the internet.
5. Once the connection is made, we will be able to view and control your computer.
